Bodywork that integrates the anatomy, physiology, energy networks according to Eastern understanding and the psyche. I like to work both preventatively and pathologically. My clients are both people who enjoy regular bodywork with a view to deepening their understanding of themselves and staying fit, and others who are either enduring a bout of dis-ease or are in recovery from surgery or trauma.
I connected to my desire to activate my Healer within whilst still in the food and wine business in 1986. I transitioned directly into the ancient healing Art of Shiatsu and studied and apprenticed in England moving to the US in 1991 as a qualified Shiatsu Therapist. My training enabled me to grandfather into an organization here in the States, AOBTA, the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia. 
I have since done extensive post-graduate studies in Applied Kinesiology, Macrobiotics, Psychotherapeutic Dynamics and the Philosophy of Healing. I am an Astrologer with techniques of both Western and Eastern understanding.
